HOME ELECTRONICS EXCHANGE GUARANTEE

APPLIES TO THE “7 DAYS EXCHANGE GUARANTEE”

• Any item, which is returned for exchange, will ONLY be accepted if accompanied with ORIGINAL HOME ELECTRONICS receipt.
• Item without packaging/Broken packing will not qualify for exchange.
• The item(s) should be in their original packing box, complete with packing, accessories, instructions and free gifts (it any), which were supplied.
• No items will be accepted if they show any sign of damages to the box, packaging, accessories, (FOC) or the product inside the box.
• Goods will be accepted ONLY if they are UNUSED.
• HYGIENE PRODUCTS cannot be exchanged.
• FOC (free of charge) items are not covered under warranty.

EXCLUSIONS TO “7 DAYS EXCHANGE GUARANTEE”

• Goods whose defect/problem is caused by misused
• All forms of software, PC programs and blank CDs
• Laptops and Printers
• Playstation / Nintendo / Sega games software
• Compact disc DVD / VCD PCROM software
• Headphones / Batteries / Microphones / Ink cartridges
• Toys, Book & Magazines
• Mobile phones, mobile phone accessories, IT accessories, remotes or any other accessories.
• Personal care product (such as Shavers, Epilators, Trimmers etc.)
• Pixel burn out & LCD damages not covered under warranty.
• Consumer items such as LCD lamps, Printer heads does not cover under warranty,  unless approved by supplier.

WARRANTY

Products sold in Home Electronics carries any applicable manufacturers warranty.

If the vendor/manufacturer finds the defect due to reasons other than manufacturing defects, a charge will be levied for the spare parts and services, which will be quoted by the vendor. On acceptance by the customer the repairs will be undertaken accordingly.

If any of the above conditions are not met, please contact the duty manager or section manager.

• HOME ELECTRONICS is not responsible for any loss of data or software programs if erased during the time of repair.
• Customers are requested to please clarify the warranty terms at the time of purchase with the concern sales person.
